• Belirlemiş olduğunuz sabit ip adreslerinden son 3 ay içerisinde düzenli olarak e-posta göndermiş olmanız ve aşırı şikayet almamış olmanız gerekir.
• Göndermiş olduğunuz e-postaların konusu ve içeriği yanıltıcı veya yanlış bilgiye sahip olmamalıdır.
• Tüm e-posta alıcılarınızla daha önceden bir iş ilişkiniz olmalı veya alıcılar daha önceden sizden e-posta almayı kabul etmiş olmalıdırlar.Double-optin,onaylı optin,optin bu yöntemlerden bazılarıdır.
• Internet üzerinden toplanmış e-posta adreslerine gönderim yapmanız kesinlikle yasaktır.

ReturnPath sertifika programına başvurunuzdan itibaren 3 ay boyunca ReturnPath firması tarafından denemeye alınırsınız.Bu süre boyunca düzenli olarak e-posta göndermeli ve program standartlarına uymalısınız.Eğer bu süre içerisinde tüm program gereksinimlerini taşır ve özellikle spam listelerine düşmezseniz,ReturnPath tarafından sertifikalanmayı hak etmiş olursunuz.Başvurunuz sırasında seçeceğiniz pakete göre başvuru ücretini peşin olarak ödersiniz ve bu ücretin geri ödemesi yoktur.Programa kabul edilmemeniz durumunda herhangi bir iade alamazsınız.

Port25 just launched PowerMTA v4.0r13.
Below are a few highlights of this build:

PowerMTA v4.0r13:

• modified DKIM signing to ignore “d=” and “s=” tags (in addition to “i=”) from the x-dkim-options header when looking up the key to use for dkim-identity-fallback, making it easier to ensure that a key is available for fallback signing

• fixed vulnerability in web monitor that allowed HTTP headers to be injected when passed in a certain request parameter

• fixed bug leading to DSN reports being dropped before the normal “bounce-after” interval when unable to deliver them

• fixed .NET API rejecting “/” in job IDs

• fixed SNMP daemon startup issues on 64-bit Windows

The new release of PowerMTA has below changes as to Port25 :

    - fixed crash caused by not aborting a write operation for accounting data
      when rotation to a new file fails with 'move-to' interval configured;

    - fixed accounting file suffix resetting to zero during periods of
      inactivity when 'move-to' is configured;

    - fixed handling in some cases where recipient deliveries were being
      postponed or would seem never attempted;

    - optimized certain queue operations;

    - additional fixes for SNMP daemon startup issues on 64-bit Windows;

    - other enhancements in preparation for upcoming features;

There are not any major changes but some small fixes.

2014-04-09: released build 4.0r15

– upgraded integrated OpenSSL library to 1.0.1g, given the recent
“heartbleed” vulnerability fix;

– added ‘–retry-recipients’ flag to the trace command, to request that
any recipients awaiting a retry be attempted again immediately;

– fixed bug that caused accept-invalid-recipients to override relaying
settings, leading to PowerMTA accepting invalid recipients for bouncing
when they should be rejected due to relaying restrictions;

– fixed web monitor responding with an incorrect Content-Type header in
some URLs when XML is requested;

– modified per-domain defaults to ignore the CHUNKING extension unless
explicitly enabled, given widespread issues with Exchange servers;

– fixed processor not accounting for angle brackets when processing JMRP
messages;

– improved performance of certain internal operations by reimplementing
them using lock-free objects;

– improved performance pausing queues;

– improved the error message displayed on the web monitor when trying to
add a new file to the configuration using the ‘Edit Configuration’ page;

– other enhancements in preparation for upcoming features;

Port25 just launched PowerMTA v4.0r16.

Below are a few highlights of this build:

PowerMTA v4.0r16:

• bundles OpenSSL v1.0.1h given the very recent vulnerabilities reported in prior versions of OpenSSL;

• ability to disable certain cryptographic protocols used for STARTTLS on a per domain basis, allowing for both greater control and to workaround compatibility issues between OpenSSL 1.0.1g/h and some email security appliance solutions. The new per domain directives are “smtp-tls-allow-sslv2″, “smtp-tls-allow-sslv3″ and “smtp-tls-allow-tlsv1″ .

• expanded DKIM signing functionality with a new per domain directive “dkim-disallow-adding-headers”, to help minimize DKIM replay attacks when additional headers are added after signing.

Microsoft email servers are having hardware resource problems since a week.There might be an upgrade maintenance on their Boxes.

You may see below errors in logs:

Error: “452 Unable to accept message because the server is out of disk space.”

Error: “452 Out of memory”

So please don’t be surprised if you encounter them in your logs.They look like a local problem at a glance.

Port25 has just announced the new major release of PowerMTA : v4.5 .

We have been expecting this release since a year and now it is out of beta with a stable release.

This new version has several significant features as mentioned by Port25 :

 

Key features included in the release:

• Scheduled Delivery Control
  PowerMTA now supports the ability to schedule deliveries via a header.  This may be very useful for instances when it takes a long time to build a campaign, or if you need to adhere to strict delivery windows.
• Precached domains support
  To help optimize DNS usage during peak sending times, PowerMTA now offers the ability to precache predefined domain names to ensure the DNS name is always available.
• IP Rate Limiting
  IP rate limiting allows for controlling the number of attempted recipients on a per-hour, per-minute and per-second basis for each IP address for each domain/VirtualMTA.  This is primarily used by sites that define multiple IPs in a single VirtualMTA, and that want to limit the attempted delivery rate for each IP address in the VirtualMTA to the respective domains.  One can also specify the maximum number of connections to be opened for this domain during the specified time period per IP per domain/vmta.
• Auto Cold VirtualMTA Rate Increase
  PowerMTA now supports the ability to auto-increase cold VirtualMTA mail volumes with a list of daily limits.  This makes it very easy to have a set it and forget it configuration for warming new IP addresses.
• Address Suppression Lists
  Addresses in the suppression list are rejected (or turned into bounces, depending on options) during submission.  This is very useful for sites that do not have complete control of the list to which they are mailing.

      "smtp-hosts" accepts the same syntax as "route" and works essentially
      the same way, except that if it contains a single name, that is
      understood to be a host name for which A/AAAA lookups are done, and
      that "lookup-mx:X" can be specified, where X is a domain name for which
      an MX lookup is to be performed;

    - added per-domain "source-ip-max-connect-rate" and
      "source-ip-max-msg-rate", for configuring connect and message rates
      on a per domain, per source IP basis;

    - deprecated the per-domain "max-smtp-out-per-source-ip" in favor of
      the new "source-ip-max-smtp-out", which allows configuration on a
      per domain, per source IP basis;

    - extended "pmta show settings" and the web monitor's Queue Details page
      to display per domain, per source IP limits;

    - added "pmta set priority" command, to change the priority of recipients
      in the queue;

    - added warning icon to the queues page in web monitor, shown when the
      queue might need attention.  That is currently defined as a queue that
      has least 10 recipient events, and less than 90% of them are deliveries;

    - optimized code that processes domain macros, greatly reducing the time
      needed to process configurations that lead to many non-wildcard domains;

    - improved error handling for malformed headers in bounce processor and
      feedback loop processor;

    - upgraded to OpenSSL 1.0.1p, to get the latest security fixes;

    - added dialogue in Windows installer to allow chosing the level of
      access local users are to have;

    - improved handling of certain DNS errors;

Hotmail / Outlook is having issues with accepting the incoming email at the moment.
Problem started around 18.00 GMT+2 (12 May) .
